HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?


In order to confirm attendance for our wedding, guests must complete the form below and make a $50 per person room deposit with our Just Book It Travel Destination wedding coordinators. Please RSVP no later than May 15, 2025.

HOW DOES ACCESS WORK BETWEEN THE TWO RESORTS?


Guests staying at Ocean Eden have full access to Ocean Coral Spring. However, guests staying at Ocean Coral need to purchase a $50 day pass per day to access Ocean Eden. The wedding will take place at Ocean Coral.


Room service is available at both resorts from 11 AM to 11 PM. Only guests staying in the Privilege room category can enjoy 24-hour room service.


DO I HAVE TO BOOK WITH JUST BOOK IT TRAVEL?


To RSVP for our wedding and confirm attendance to our wedding events, please book through our website's booking page and only use Just Book It Travel for all travel arrangements. They handle our guest list, room block, and logistics, ensuring organization and updates. You'll get our group discount, concierge-level service, and flexible payment plans. Using this local agency is more convenient and reliable than online travel companies.



WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?


Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held on June 27, 2026. However, we want nothing more than for our friends and family to enjoy a VACATION. To maximize your vacation time, enjoy excursions, the wedding, and all of the amenities offered in your all-inclusive package, we recommend the following date range: June 25-29, 2026. (The resort has a 3-night minimum stay requirement.) Please feel free to arrive as early in advance as you'd like and stay at the resort for as long as you'd like. Group rates are valid for up to seven nights stay based on availability at the time of reservation. If you'd like to stay even longer, please inquire with Just Book It Travel Destination Weddings on availability/rates for extended stays.

ARE KIDS INVITED TO THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND EVENTS?


We absolutely love your little ones, but we kindly request that this night be an adults-only celebration. The resort offers fantastic options for kids, teenagers, and babysitting services. You can find more information for children below.



WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR KIDS AT THE RESORT?


The resort offers a variety of activities for children, ensuring they have a fun and memorable stay. The Daisy Club is designed for kids ages 4-12, led by the resort team of professionals and accompanied by their mascot Daisy.



IS THERE A SPACE FOR TEENS TO HANG OUT?


Yes, the resort provides a room with video games for ages 13-17. This exclusive space offers an extensive sports program, games, and activities aimed at young people.



WHAT IF I'M UNSURE OF MY EXACT TRAVEL DATES, BUT I'M READY TO RSVP BY BOOKING MY ROOM?


Reservations can be modified without penalty up until the final balance due date of March 16, 2026. If you are unsure of your travel dates, it is recommended that you book your room for the longer length of stay and then reduce your stay prior to the final balance due date. This way, you would have confirmed all potential room nights (since availability is subject to change) and can modify your travel dates once flights are booked without penalty prior to the final balance due date. WHAT IF MY TRAVEL COMPANION IS TBD, UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME, OR NOT READY TO BOOK?


Book without them and add them to your reservation at a later time. Since prices and availability are subject to change, be sure to reserve the room for just yourself and we can add them when they are ready. Solo occupancy hotel rates are sometimes higher than double occupancy. When we add your travel companion in the future, you'll recognize the double occupancy savings. Rates are refreshed at the time future changes are made.



WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?


A $50 per guest deposit is required to confirm guest's attendance / RSVP. Partial payments are optional. All guests will be automatically setup on a monthly payment schedule until the remaining balance is paid. Monthly payments are completely optional, and the reminders are for your convenience and flexibility only. Payments are never auto-drafted. The final balance is due anytime before March 16, 2026. All payments are non-refundable after the Final Balance Due Date. All refunds would be via travel protection claim if purchased.



DO I HAVE THE OPTION TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?


Yes, and it’s highly recommended! Travel protection safeguards your investment from unforeseen events before or during your trip. - Ideally, purchase travel protection when you make your deposit, but you can still add it within 10 days of booking. - You can also choose independent coverage from any trusted provider. - Remember, after the final balance due date, cancellation fees are non-refundable unless covered by your travel protection plan. Just Book It Travel offers two travel insurance options for your convenience.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?


NO LATER THAN March 16, 2026. Please take advantage of the monthly payment plan. Reminders will be sent frequently by Just Book It Travel.



WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?


You have 10 days from your reservation date to purchase travel protection insurance. After March 16, 2026, all payments are non-refundable, and cancellations will incur a 100% penalty. For any refunds, you must contact your travel protection provider. Travel protection covers full trip cancellations only; any reduction in room nights or occupancy after March 16, 2026, is non-refundable.


Examples:

- Before March 16, 2026: If you cancel before this date, only the $50 deposit is non-refundable. All other payments will be refunded (with travel protection, even the deposit is refunded).

- On or After March 16, 2026: All payments are non-refundable. File a claim with your travel protection provider for any potential refunds.



WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME?


Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

Any extension to the all-inclusive plan past 5:00 PM will be charged at 50% of the confirmed room rate.


The first meal included on the arrival day is lunch, and on the check-out day, only breakfast is included.



WHAT DOES "ALL-INCLUSIVE" MEAN?


•All-You-Can-Eat: Indulge in gourmet dining at a variety of restaurants, including both à la carte and buffet options.

•All-You-Can-Drink: Enjoy unlimited drinks, including cocktails, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages.

•Entertainment: The resort offers a variety of daily and nightly activities, including live shows, themed events, and a lively nightclub experience.

•Room Service: From 11:00 am to 11:00 pm room service is available to bring delicious meals straight to your door whenever you crave it. 24-hour room service is only available for Privilege Suites.

CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM?


Absolutely! As long as the resort has availability for your dates. We’ve pre-selected popular rooms on our wedding website. If you’d like a different room, select “Other Room Type - Special Request” on your reservation form. Just Book It Travel will reach out with pricing, availability, and next steps.



WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?


We suggest setting up flight alerts. Our favorite is Google flights because it includes a wider range of airlines. Use search engines to find the best deal, but remember to book the flight itself directly via the airline to maximize your flexibility if your plans were to change.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY PASSPORT PRIOR TO MAKING MY DEPOSIT FOR THE TRIP?


Passports are not required UNTIL guest travel. As long as you provide the hotel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance by RSVPing. Expedited Passports now can take up to 12 weeks - we do recommend getting your passport as soon as possible. Please allow 12-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility." If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.



DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL?


YES! Each guest must have a valid passport to travel. Please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport! It must have an expiration date covering your full stay.

WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I ARRIVE/DEPART?


You should fly into Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ).



HOW DO I ARRANGE GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT? AND VICE VERSA?


Both shared and private round-trip transportation options will be provided to the group 60 days before travel. This is an optional service and guests have the right to secure transportation separately.



WILL I NEED CASH? WHAT ELSE SHOULD I PACK IF THIS IS MY FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRIP, OR FIRST TRIP IN A LONG TIME? HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE?


We recommend that all guests read this Pre-Travel Checklist as prepared by Just Book It Travel, to ensure a seamless travel experience. All confirmed guests will receive very detailed traveling instructions 7-10 days prior to travel.
